At Running Bear, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your journey, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original shoe box or apparel packaging and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
